Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Houseofceylan tags attached before securely sealing them in the original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
